MPR JUNIORS & PARENTS
Requirements for our kids Advanced and fundamental groups in each program. Also please have the kids here on time and prepared for class. It’s important to their success to have them here and ready to practice.
JUNIOR MMA
This class is not a free trial class. Kids must complete at least 8 Jiujitsu classes and 8 Striking or Boxing classes before they can start MMA.
Advanced MMA Kids – A coach will give you approval to the Advanced Group. As a prerequisite kids will also need to be in our Advanced BJJ group to be in our Advanced MMA Group. You will be required to have a mouthpiece, Shinguards and real MMA gloves. The Advanced group will be doing more advanced drilling and light MMA Sparring.
(If you come unprepared you will have to practice in our fundamentals group for the day.)
MMA Fundamentals Group – For this group it’s still recommended to have a mouthpiece. Kids need real MMA gloves and Shinguards.
JUNIOR JIUJITSU
Advanced BJJ Kids – A coach will give you approval to the Advanced Group. Students must know and be able to perform basic positions, sweeps, and submissions.
Fundamental BJJ – Students will learn basics.
JUNIOR STRIKING
Advanced Kickboxing Kids – A coach will give you approval to the Advanced Group. You will be required to have a mouthpiece, Shinguards and real Boxing gloves. Also we have headgear here, but we recommend you buy your own. The Advanced group will be doing more advanced drilling and Kickboxing Sparring.
