11951211_922912317783773_1925947375640900691_nAt MPR we got a special 2 day visit from #Worldchamp and #Olympic Silver #Medalist Alexander Mkhaylyn.  It was an amazing experience for our students.  Day 1 was a Gi Judo / Sambo seminar.  We followed that up Sunday with MMA team training.  Alexander worked with the team showing no gi throws and takedowns.

Alexander Mikhaylin – Silver Medalist of the 2012 Olympic Games in London, 3 time Judo World Champion, 6 times European Judo Champion.
