I specialize in Small Group Training and Group Fitness. I love to work with clients of all skill levels. I am a strong and enthusiastic advocate for healthy lifestyle choices. I love to encourage personal and physical growth so my clients can succeed with their personal fitness goals. I train utilizing multiple disciplines, incorporating all areas of fitness; including strength training, cardiovascular endurance, balance, agility and coordination. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and am qualified to train all levels, from people just starting their fitness journey to the seasoned athlete. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and enjoy the outdoors. Kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and baking are among some of the things I enjoy to do in my free time. I have completed several triathlons and have competed in various weightlifting competitions. My ongoing goal is to see and experience the world.

MPRfit Bootcamps:

Sundays at 9am-10am & Wednesday nights from 6pm-7pm.  Bootcamps may be held indoors or outdoors so please be prepared for either.

  • 10 session packages for $100 ($10 per class)
  • drop in fee is $15 for 1 class
  • No contracts!  Just come in and start your training today!

Joseph received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from York College of Pa with a concentration in Athletic Coaching. Joe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) as well as a Performace Enhancement Specialist (NASM). He has worked with athletes and clients of all age ranges and skill levels, from youth sports to senior citizens and everything in between.

Take your time and relax in our contemporary Women’s only changing room.  We also have private restrooms and plenty of safe parking directly in front of MPR.
