FIGHTER FIT CAMP IS  A BOOTCAMP WE OFFER HERE AT MPR AND OF COURSE IT’S WITH OUR FIGHTER STYLE.  CLASS ARE OPEN TO EVERYONE FROM INSHAPE ATHLETES TO BEGINNERS NEW TO THE WORKOUT GAME.  EACH CLASS ENSURES A COMPLETE AND TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.  CLASSES ARE 45-60 MINS OF HARD WORKING, BODY SWEATING FUN.  FIT CAMP IS DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE YOUR STRENGTH AND TAKE YOUR TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL.  YOU WILL SWEAT… AND YOU WILL BURN CALORIES.  CAMP MAY BE HELD IN OR OUTDOORS SO BE PREPARED!  FIGHTER FIT CAMP IS HELD EVERY SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT 11AM SHARP.  CAMP IS FREE TO GYM MEMBERS AND ONLY $10 FOR NON-GYM MEMBERS.  COME PUT IN SOME HARD WORK WITH TRAINER AMANDA AND THE CREW EVERY SUNDAY!!!!!
